We process all orders within 1–2 business days to get your new fitness journey started as quickly as possible. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs for international shipments.

Orders are shipped via reliable carriers, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package anytime using 17TRACK at https://www.17track.net/en. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your tracking information, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacements or refunds if necessary.
